in developing its own range of Fuel oils, which not only offer better Fuel
efficiency but also provide cleaner combustion and controlling pollution.

TECHNOLOGY
The Process Technology
has been developed after several years of Research and Development by Mpower’s
team of Scientists and Research Engineers. Ceaseless efforts of conducting
actual trials with varied process parameters has helped examine and
streamline the Technology for the
production of this high quality range of Mpowerâ
Fuel oils.
All batches of the
grades of MPOWERâ
Fuel Oils are tested before supplying to the customers to ensure a perfect
fuel quality.

endeavour to provide Consumers an attractive and cost effective price of
these superior grade of Fuel oils.

MPOWERâ
PROCESSES
Depending
on the product range required by Consumers, Mpowerâ
undertakes Refining, Fractionation and Processing which includes various
unit operations to carry out Reactive treatments, Purification and
standardization to manufacture various grades of Industrial fuel oils as per
prescribed specifications.
Mpowerâ also further undertakes Reactive treatments of the fuel
oils with special additives and catalysts to enhance the various fuel
characteristics of the Oil so as to enable them to provide a more efficient
combustion.
The heavier
hydrocarbons and asphaltenes in fuel oil, which
are a result of secondary refining processes, normally result in lowering
the calorific yield of fuel oils and at the same time result in the exhausts
causing pollution problems. Mpowerâ with its special catalytic and additive treatment uses the
heavier fractions to contribute to the combustion process, thereby
increasing the calorific yield and reducing emissions due to incomplete
combustion.
In addition, Mpowerâ
with its state-of-the-art technology processes grades of
Low Sulphur and Emulsified Fuel Oils.
QUALITY CONTROL
Mpowerâ
has its own quality control team, which examines, inspects and tests each
batch of its processed Fuel Oils before delivery into tankers, so as to
ensure consistent quality of Fuel Oil supply to consumers.
Trials are conducted
on own in-house Energy systems such as Furnaces, Thermic fluid heaters and
Diesel Generators to ensure a satisfactory all-round performance of the Fuel
oils used by our customers

SALIENT FEATURES
Fuel Economy:
MPowerâ
fuel oils
yield more calorific value, as a result of Complete Combustion and
utility
of full volume of Fuel Oil. The heat absorbing carbon monoxide combustion is
reduced, thereby
evolving more heat in the combustion process. Naturally the oil consumed to
produce the same heat required by the Boiler Furnace or any energy system
will be comparatively lower by about 5-10 %, depending upon the system
efficiency.
The EMULSIFIED
grade
of MPowerâ
fuel oils prevents about 10 - 15 % Heat Loss from the combustion process.
Details of the heat saving using Emulsified Fuel Oils are stated
separately.
Fuel
Characteristics:
MPowerâ
fuel oils have improved flow characteristic’s enabling Proper and Adequate
Flow during cold mornings and winter seasons. Since No Extra Heat is
required to maintain the Flowability of fuel oils, additional saving of
about 5–6 % of energy cost is obtained.
Eco-Friendly:
Owing to complete combustion, MPowerâ
Fuel Oils have Lower Sludge Content, thereby Reducing Maintenance problems.
The fuel oils also have a Stable Flame thus reducing black smoke and acid
smut formation. LOW SULPHUR MPowerâ
Fuel Oil’s Prevent Corrosion Effects, thus lowering maintenance costs and
Increasing Life of storage and energy systems. The Eco-friendly Mpowerâ
fuel oils reduce emissions and atmospheric pollution, thus contributing in
the drive
to
combat Global warming.
CARBON CREDITS: Upon achieving lower emissions from the use of Mpowerâ
fuels oils in the Energy systems, Customers buying Mpowerâ
Fuel oils can be
entitled to receive carbon credits.
Carbon Credits can be traded in the international
market thus adding up the revenues of the customers using Mpowerâ
fuel oils in their factories or Power plants. Mpowerâ
can further offer to guide and trade on behalf of Mpowerâ
fuel oil consumers to secure the Carbon Credits.
